Rick DawsonOwner

Chief Cook & Bottle Washer. Sales, a little Shop work. Welding. Cylinder Head Work and all other duties as required.

Started working with motorcycles in '78 doing mostly shop work and part sales with "alternate brand" cycles till starting HD of Yorkton in the spring of 1984.

Interests include Family, road trips (bike or cage), camping, snowmobiles, dirt bikes, drag racing, MX racing in the 40+ vet class, and being involved with various charity events. " I have enjoyed many trips by Bike throughout Canada and the US, especially the Gulf coast, Florida Keys, and Alaska. I hold many MX titles from the late '70's, early '80's and hold Canadian Pro Stock Bike Drag titles for 1996, 97, 99, and 2000.

I enjoy my 26 year 'old  belt shovel® rigid, to bomb around on. For the fast/distance stuff a stripped FL is in the garage. A lot of weekends are spent race'n motocross with my 2 kids, I use a yz 250 for that. 

 

 

 

Bill Hartridge:

 Parts Manager, Sales and Service Writer 

Started with HD of Yorkton in the spring of 1999. I have been riding motorcycles for the last 30 yrs and have owned them all ... Dirt bikes, RD350, Shovels, Evo's, and now TwinCam.

Interests include Motorcycles, traveling, and golf. He is married and has enjoyed many trips throughout Canada and the US by bike.

Chad Smith


Parts, Sales and Service Writer

Started at H-D Nov./05 , previously worked at a local Auto parts store.   20 years parts and sales experience. He has  been an avid bike enthusiast for 20+ years. He and his wife both enjoy riding as much as possible. Other interests include Vintage Snowmobiles and golf.

Jason Borys
 Jason has worked on and off for H-D Yorkton for                 
  too long but no one else will take him off our hands.
 He is our part timer in Parts/Service. J is an avid rider  
 and if you need the back tire smoke off your bike just                      
 bring it by!

 Terry Lucky (The Big Eeeeeeeee)

Parts ..............

Terry started in April of 2007. He has just move
 from Grace Land to Yorkton. Terry enjoys riding
 his 1957  Sportster® replica and listing and singing Elvis songs.
He has been "all shook up" working in the parts world for 5 years.   

                   

 

 

 

 

 

Karen Stokes:

Accounting

Karen started in April of 2004.  

Her interests are living in the Qu'Appelle Valley, hockey, hiking, and flower gardening. She has successfully graduated her  Accounting course and now holds an Accounting Certificate thru the Athabasca University. 

 

 

May Kowal:

Bookkeeper / Retail

May has been with us for the last 5 years and she has had extensive experience as a receptionist prior to HD of  Yorkton.

Her interests: "Baking", reading, walking, and camping. "I am enjoying working with the great staff and meeting lots of "interesting" people!"  She says.  She is married with 2 children.

 

 

 

     Michelle  Litvanyi

       Retail.

         Michelle's been working part-time with us for the last 3 years.
         

                          

 

 

 

    Brian Friskie:

Service Technician.

Brian joined us in Feb./04. He started up front in parts/service writing but has now found his true calling as a Service Tech. He has attended Fairview College (Harley School) and looks fwd to becoming a fully
certified Harley Davidson Technician. Brian enjoys riding and spending
time with his family.

1969 Triumph® TR6C
This was Brian's 1'st motorcycle. He has recently
re-done this unit front to back. Brian is an avid 
"Trumpet Collector" and now has quite a collection.
We are still workin on sellin him a H-D.

 

 

 

Russ Ricard:

Service Technician:

Russ has recently re-joined our staff at H-D Yorkton, after an 18 month vacation from us!! Russ had previously been with
us for 12 years. He is a graduate of Fairview College (Harley Training Centre). He is a fully certified Harley Davidson 

Technician since 1991....(1 of the few in Saskatchewan).
Russ is married to Carol and enjoys fishing and riding his
02 ElectraGlide Standard.

 

 

 

Nathan "Nat" Holmes
 He is now 1 of 3 of our Full-time Techs...Nat recently graduated From Harley College and is a Fully Certified H-D Tech. He has also Owned and worked on Shovels, Evo's and Twin Cams. Enjoys his 06 Hot-rodded Street Glide
